πŸ€–WowMenu Feature

MenuGPT

MenuGPT, WowMenu's AI chatbot: a server who knows the whole menu and never forgets to suggest.

MenuGPT is a conversational assistant inside the guest menu. Guests tap a quick pick (vegetarian, seafood, under a budget, birthday, wine pairing) or type a question in their own words. It answers from your real menu and your live offers, and for signed-in guests, their loyalty status.

It builds two or three complete meal options sized to the party, with quantities and sizes or extras the guest can adjust before choosing. Choosing adds the dishes to the order and keeps the conversation open, so the guest can still pick the add-ons MenuGPT suggests next, and a Trending tonight row is always close by. If a suggested dish has sold out, MenuGPT swaps in the closest available dish from the same category.

MenuGPT answers in the guest's language, and it never invents a loyalty balance for a guest who is not signed in. A trained server suggests extras on a minority of tables. MenuGPT can do it on every table, every shift, in every language, and each suggestion is tracked so you can see what it added.

A language model, metered by sessions

MenuGPT runs on a language model, and it is the only live language-model feature in WowMenu. Usage is metered by sessions: 500 a month on Menu and 1,500 on Growth and Suite, with extra blocks of 100 available.
